The workshop provides an intimate forum for interacting with senior colleagues and peers about how to prosper in your academic career. The content of the workshop focuses on three areas; 1) developing your research for publication with the help of seasoned scholars in your area, 2) strategies for impact and growth as a scholar and teacher, and 3) navigating the early years of building a successful faculty career in diverse institutional settings. In addition, you will have a chance to interact and build connections with an exciting team of Faculty Fellows and diverse peers through developmental feedback on your research, panels, roundtable discussions and informal conversations. |
