The Organization and Management Theory (OMT) division sponsors a Doctoral Consortium during the pre-conference period of the Academy of Management. The objectives of the Consortium are to help doctoral students who are broadly interested in organizations and management as they enter the final phase of their doctoral programs and prepare for the job market and future careers. We aim to help you make the most of your doctoral program, advance your research, consider how best to publish your research, find a job in the academic or professional world, manage your early career and, perhaps most importantly, establish professional networks with colleagues who share similar research interests. To facilitate close personal engagement, space for this workshop is limited and participation is by application only. If you are planning to enter the job market this coming year and your doctoral research focuses on OMT related topics, we encourage you to apply. Please contact the workshop organizers Nina Granqvist (nina.granqvist@aalto.fi) or Jo-Ellen Pozner (jpozner@scu.edu) for more information. |
