| The Organizational Behavior (OB) Junior Faculty Workshop is held annually and is designed for untenured, junior faculty members. The goal of the workshop is to provide a forum for junior faculty members to cultivate meaningful relationships with senior Faculty Fellows and to receive detailed, constructive feedback on a current OB-related research project. The workshop will begin on Friday evening (5:30pm – 8:30 pm) and continue again on Saturday (8:00 am – 11:30 am). Participants must attend both days. The program will include dinner and an interactive networking event on Friday night aimed at enhanced relationship-building between junior faculty participants and senior Faculty Fellows. The Saturday portion of the program will consist of Faculty Fellows working in small groups with junior faculty participants to provide personalized feedback on working research projects. The goal of the feedback sessions is for junior faculty participants to learn from senior faculty members (many of whom are editors and/or editorial board members at top journals) how to further develop their research projects for publication in top organizational behavior journals. Forty junior faculty members will be selected to participate. |
