This workshop aims at reinforcing exchanges among the community of scholars interested in Strategic Error Management, referring to the management of organizational errors that potentially challenge the strategies of organizations, their organizational goals (e.g. survival) and resources for sustained value creation. In particular, it aims at developing trans-disciplinary ties between researchers in Strategy, OB and Organizations, as required by the multilevel and multidimensional aspects of strategic error management research. The approach is practical, with participants asked to submit short papers that will be commented by scholars experts in the field.

This 2nd edition of Strategic Error Management PDW brings in new facilitators for more developing multidisciplinary approaches to a rapidly expanding area for research.
