Employees and workers are a central stakeholder group to influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in organizations. They operationalize, comply with, disrupt or change CSR intentions and they can create an “internal movement” for CSR, or act as points of resistance. The proposed workshop will bring together those interested in micro-processes of CSR to develop these perspectives in an interactive, supportive and interdisciplinary environment.
Pre-registration is required for this session. To register online, please visit https://secure.aom.org/PDWReg. Please contact the workshop organizer christopher.wickert@vu.nl to obtain the approval code. The deadline to register online is June 15, 2018. We will announce a “call for extended abstracts” at the AOM PDW website and through social media and mailing lists with a deadline of June 15, 2018 to be submitted to christopher.wickert@vu.nl. We will accept a maximum of 24 short papers (max 2 pages) based on research relevance and quality.
