This PDW aims to understand the challenges consultants, advisors, entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers face in regions undergoing adversity to improve the lives of their clients. Consultants, advisors, entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers usually face many challenges performing their roles everywhere and at all times. However, the same challenges are magnified, and new challenges arise when these professionals are operating in regions continuously facing adversity. When in adversity, organizations tend to cut costs hence reduce consultants and advisors fees, arguably when they need their services the most. When in adversity, banks and capital venture companies tend to reduce their risky investments, hence lower funding for entrepreneurs. When in adversity, many ethical issues become prevalent like corruption which create more challenges for educators and researchers. Yet these professionals: consultants, advisors, entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers keep going dealing with challenges, overcoming obstacles, and improving the lives of their clients.
