| This PDW seeks to fulfill the mission of the Indian Academy of Management to build a vibrant and supportive community of scholars by expanding opportunities to connect and explore new ideas. In addition, this PDW is designed to serve the specific goal of building research capabilities within India. This PDW is primarily targeted at researchers/young scholars in India who are just beginning to develop a research stream, and scholars elsewhere seeking to conduct research in India. The mentoring relationships and research partnerships formed during this PDW will hopefully translate to more impactful and higher quality scholarly output. |
