This workshop is aimed at researchers interested in using people analytics in the study of careers. The goal of the workshop is to stimulate a discussion on what people analytics means to careers researchers and on how they can benefit from the rising interest for analytics in the academic and practitioners’ communities. The proposed format for the workshop is a four-hour event, consisting of two panels, one session of roundtable discussions, and two networking breaks. The interactive format of the workshop will thus give the attendees a unique opportunity to learn the state of the art on people analytics in careers research. Moreover, participants to the workshop will gain insights for future research from highly experienced researchers. Finally, the roundtable discussions and the networking breaks will help the attendees to connect with other researchers in their community. |
