This PDW on ‘Contemporizing Development Economics Research on Innovation Systems, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability’ seeks to deepen and broaden research on some key dimensions of development economics – i.e. innovation systems, entrepreneurship and sustainability. The PDW will engage with a broad range of topics introduced and elaborated by the panel of expert scholars. The workshop would provide individual participants a scholarly forum to delve deeply into diverse research questions and issues on specific sub- topics through rigorous discussions in the round-table groups. Thus, the integrative and developmental approach of this workshop would help attract scholars who are already engaged in research and teaching on various aspects of development economics as well as those who are curious and interested to take it further as a field of inquiry in their future work.
Pre-registration is required for this session. Please contact the workshop organizer at pverma@thapar.edu to obtain the approval code. To register online, please visit https://secure.aom.org/PDWReg. The deadline to register online is August 5, 2018.
