A mini-conference within the AOM conference, the New Doctoral Student Consortium (NDSC) is one of the longest running and most well- attended pre- conference activities. The NDSC’s central mission is to provide a professional development outlet for doctoral students currently in their first or second year of a doctoral program, as well as those considering entering a doctoral program. The NDSC provides an interactive environment in which doctoral students can learn more about succeeding in their doctoral program, entering the academic profession, participating in Academy of Management divisions and interest groups, meeting doctoral students from around the world, and getting the most out of the Academy of Management Meeting. The NDSC is committed to facilitating doctoral students’ initial experience with, and further integration into, the academic community in general, and the Academy of Management in particular. A registration code is required so please contact aom.ndsc20@gmail.com to received this code.
