| We are delighted to honor Professor Amy Edmondson, Harvard University, as the recipient of the 2019 ODC Distinguished Scholar Award. Dr. Edmondson's seminal work on psychological safety and group dynamics is foundational to ODC Division’s focus on change and changing. Scholars and facilitators worldwide incorporate her work when teaching people about the conditions for successful change.
