Increasing emphasis on relational aspects of organizing warrant examination of the very nature of relationality. To date, there is no overarching framework uniting diverse interpretations across various niches of organization scholarship. This symposium aims to generate dialogue between scholars who have paved the way for relational perspectives and emerging scholars who are taking the work in new directions. Panelists will explore areas of convergence in the relational perspectives applied in their work and discuss how a systematic review of relationality may advance relational theorizing and methodologies.
