Being an inclusive organization has been and still is a challenge for managers, scholars, educators, and consultants. This challenge is intensified by the current trends of increased migrations and immigrations requiring countries as well as organizations to be inclusive. But what does it mean to be an inclusive organization? Is diversity one way to measure inclusiveness? Is inclusiveness a must? Does it have a dark side? Is the relationship between inclusiveness and organizational performance a positive linear relationship or is it more likely an inverted U-Shape relationship? Will champions for inclusiveness help? Who are more likely to be effective inclusiveness champions? Consultants play this role for their clients. Managers play this role in their organizations. Educators play this role in their classrooms. Scholars enrich the knowledge reservoir of consultants, managers and educators on what an inclusive organization is, what the challenges are and how to overcome these challenges.
