This symposium brings together junior and senior scholars, as well as doctoral students to share and build on their research on multi-team systems (MTSs). As organizations face increasingly complex challenges, they are turning more and more to MTSs, or "“teams of teams” that work together as a close-knit network. Scholars will present advancements in MTS theory, empirics and research methods, focused on MTS coordination and leadership in a range of dynamic contexts. A pair of junior and senior scholar discussants will lead our panel and audience in reflections on building more effective, valid and illuminating MTS theory and methods. |
